Graham and his colleague came out to fix our leaking bathroom towel rail at very short notice. I got a call when they were on their way which was very useful and they were both very polite and helpful. The issue was quickly identified and, after sourcing the necessary parts, they came back that day to fix it. HKK plumbing have done various improvement works in our kitchen and porch to modernise our kitchen and make our plumbing more efficient. They've also helped us urgently with a leak. We've been very happy - they're responsive, punctual, tidy, friendly and genuinely really helpful. We won't use another plumber.
